If you check the SDATA flags for both dumps, you may see the difference. ip cbf rtct+9c? str(sdump) view(flags) SYSMDUMP gets these from SYS1.PARMLIB(IEADMR00) SLIP gets them from the SDATA parm of the SLIP command. I usually request something like: SDATA=(NUC,SQA,LSQA,SWA,TRT,RGN,LPA,GRSQ,CSA,SUM) I think that would pick up any LE control blocks. p.s. posting to the listserv would get a broader audience. -- Don Poitras - zSeries R & D - SAS Institute Inc. - SAS Campus Drive mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (919)531-5637 Fax:677-4444 Cary, NC 27513 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
