I don't know if National Bank does; I know ScotiaBank did not up until two 
years ago.
After I was out-sourced to IGS, I closed everything I could from ScotiaBank.
After I was down-sized from IGS (June 2004), I stopped dealing with/following 
them completely.
I moved everything left to a BMO Branch 2 blocks from where I was living at the 
time.

When in doubt.
