If this a HP 4si check this out...TELNET connect to the printer, log on to
the printer (userid and password are adm (in lower case), select option A
(for configure print server, typing the letter will make the choice so you
don't have to hit the Enter key), select option B (for Configure Sessions)
and look to see if the printer name is the name of one of the LPD
sessions. If not type E for Edit. You will be prompted for a session
number. Type the session number you wish to change and press Enter. Type
A (for LPD queue name). You will see the cursor will now be at the queue
name. Over type the existing queue name with the printer queue name and
press Enter. Type an X to save your changes and return to the Configure
sessions screen. Type an X to return to the Configuration menu. Type a C
(save Configuration) and then type a R to reboot the print server. This
will cause you to lose connectivity between the printer and your telnet
session. This is OK. This usually takes care of the problem for 4si
printers.

Another option is to make certain that the printer queue name matches the
queue name in the Infoprint LPR protocol panel.

Hope one of the above helps.

I'm having the same errors but it is on a DELL printer and the queue names
match. Not sure yet what the problem is but if anyone has any suggestions
I'm listening.
