Around here? It can over a minute! Why? Our backstore tapes are 3592J,
about 300GiB uncompressed. The time to mount and spin the 3592J tape
down and restore to the VTS cache can be over a minute. Especially if
the cache is overloaded and must first have virtual volumes removed.
