Actually a certain judge in the North West USofA was ready to keel-haul Micro$**t over Windows. It was found that Windows is a GENERIC name and so it can't be perfected for a trademark. A certain company, Lindows, got shoved into an out of court settlement (in my opinion because of M/S filing nusance suits in the Netherlands and other places) so that M/S would not be seen to not own Windows after all. <sarcasm> So a problem with Vista?
