Another great math problem.

He doesn't get credit for the 12th yr he is not serving

So I figure after 10 yrs he has 11 yr 4 mo credit.  Depending on federal 
math I would think he will serve 10 yr 6 mo - 10 yr 8 mo.  16 to 18 mo 
early.
