Of course, SMP/E only performs a RETRY after an ABEND Sx37 from Binder.
Has it invoked Binder with LINK or ATTACH?  Does it DETACH Binder
or otherwise close DCBs that Binder may have open.  (SYSPRINT might
be the offender.)  I need to work to be able to recreate this and
dissect it.
