It's already enabled. I'd advise you to run the PARMLIB syntax
checker. Even if it doesn't[1] resolve your issue, it might warn you
of other problems.

[1] It can't, for instance, determine that a link or LPA concatenation
    has duplicate member names[2] in the wrong order.

[2] Well, it's really the libraries listed that have the member names
    ;-)
