There used to be a rule:

a) If you push it and it doesn't move, it's a mainframe.

b) If you push it and it moves, it's midrange.

c) If you can pick it up and steal it, it's a PC.

Now:

d) If it's a major source of p/r egg-on-face for a bank and causes a Financial 
Services
Authority investigation, it's a hot laptop.
