LOGREC. No debate.
Easy to implement, visible, can be ignored in need ...
I crank this up first everywhere. The (ISPF) viewer even gives the
customer a reason to like it.

Next is GRS Star, but that's just a person bias - for qualification use
LOGREC. More so if the customer is paranoid.
