Usually there is a limited set of answers to regular technical
questions.    But when the problem involves human behavior - answers
can vary widely and lead to similar behaviors.

But lots of these behaviors have direct impacts on our jobs, and we do
need to understand why other companies have made some of these
decisions to better prepare for similar decisions we will face.    It
does matter whether we use the word "mainframe" or "server".
