Aha, so it is German anyway, however "Rechtig" should be "richtig". "Rechtig" sounds a little Dutch-ish, but isn't. Google told me it should mean (although it often/normally refers to clocks not showing the right time): "He's wrong in the garrett." We have something similar, referring to a persons "upper room". However in this case we usually use a verb associated with the noun "spoor" (track), but it means something else as the english "to track". It more refers to a car or train not well following the tracks it should normally follow, in this case a brain not following tracks a normal person's brain follows. "Hij spoort niet helemaal".
