Sure, if you want to write a program.
1. A *very* small program, and it can be in just about any
language. (Cobol may not be able to WAIT, per se, but it
can ask for input from the console and wait for the reply.)
2. The OP mentioned DITTO. Copy a block; DITTO WTOs and
WAITs.
