It could be your source of z/OS I generally agree, except that it appears that many (most?) though probably not all of these hercules users running z/OS or other licensed OSs appear to be IBM employees. I'm no lawyer--would they have a licensing problem? Running DEMOPKG (sp?), which seems to be designed for this. Perhaps they don't have it in their budget to get a FLEX-ES laptop.
