When I compile my programs for testing, I override the proc to / PARM.SGPF#2=(TEST,XREF,MAP,OUTDD(SYSOUX),DYNAM, / SSRANGE,RENT,BUFSIZE(20000)), I recently persuaded people to add SSRANGE in the production proc - but haven't yet persuaded them to include this in the Endevor compile.
