No; "DASD Backup Supervisor" from OpenTech Systems. It used the DSS API for the dumps, but generated JCL for the restores of each volume. But in my test, I used straight JCL invocation of ADRDSSU for both dump and restore operations, and still got all "change bits" reset on the target volume.
