What's wrong with the ABEND macro?
ABEND macro requires setup, changes registers, etc.
If it's a true "this *should* never happen" scenario,
a S0C3 (or similar) abend preserves registers, etc.

What's wrong with the ABEND macro? Preferably preceded by a WTO with
ROUTCDE=11.
