Hey, this is almost on-topic!
Our ATMs do give out change, or did (I am not sure whether they
are still marketed). Also, I believe someone else (perhaps
Diebold) makes some that give out change. So you can get, e.g.,
USD $20.43 if you choose to. I have seen these almost
exclusively at our credit union locations and at banks. I can't
recall ever having seen one in, say, a shopping mall.
