We are attempting to switch from 3590J(MEDIA3) to 3590K(media4) tapes but HSM is issuing the messages below. We have ejected all the J media scratches and inserted enough of the K media to at least get through tonight. But it's critical that we figure this out before this weekend. Does anybody know if there is additional work to be done to start using the K tapes, as we were told it was a simple switch?
