Sadly Ed - and despite IBM promoting such services - not yet available on a
worldwide basis.....
I beg to differ and believe ShopzSeries support for ordering service is
indeed available worldwide. While it is true that Product ordering is
not available in every country, service orders can be submitted by
customers everywhere (with few exceptions for embargoed countries).
Given the available support for service orders, a required Automated
Delivery Certificate can be easily obtained for use by SMP/E Internet
Service Retrieval (SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER command).
If you find a country that does not have support for service orders by
ShopzSeries, please let me know.
