I don't think the connection is LU 6.2, I believe is is STK's own command protocol done through I/O to a 327x device (I could be wrong). As far as I know there is no way to replace it with an ICC (and boy would I be glad if there were!). ICC is basically 327x I/O-to-TN3270(E) protocol; you'd have to engineer the opposite on the silo end.
