I never use the filter - you discover all sort s of things when you

the monitor to run wild.
You don't run monitor wild. You run it *with default filter*, which - by
default - filters all STEP ENQs. So, to see such ENQ, I have to prepare
new filter.
Not for too long of course ...
I didn't do it on production...
