What are the taxpayers, chopped liver?
The budget shell games, which both parties engage in, drive up the
cost and reduce the quality of service. What's happening in Texas is
happening nation-wide, and not just in IT.

Just imagine how much lower our taxes might be if government had to
operate with the same standards for efficiency as most big businesses!
On second thought, don't bother; they'd just find another way to waste
our money. :-(
