And then if they (the ISV) agrees to this price from IBM, and tries to
pass the cost onto their customers they will be blasted by certain
members of this list for "price gouging."

Or maybe they would be allowed to purchase the listings on microfiche
(maybe even DVD) for a five-figure price (a la the IGWFAMS
documentation), if they "qualify".
