However I'd suggest another solution:
PC (can be quite old) with Eth port and LPT port. 6400 is defined to
Windows as Generic/Text Only, LPT-attached. Printer session on your
emulation software, like PCOMM or Nexus.
I used such configuration once upon a time. Works like a charm.
