You definitely have a problem somewhere. Try the ?IBMLink customer support?: please use 'IBMLink feedback' or contact the help desk at 1-800-543-3912 which is a US number, ?cause when I logon in Europe, our help desk is somewhere in Germany. Clicking on the US ?IBMLink feedback? link will launch a secondary browser with: https://www-304.ibm.com/jct03004c/ibmlink/feedback/feedbackPage.jsp?lc=n l&cc=US I tried it and I was able to launch it. (I didn?t pursue of course ;-) ) Remark: I just want to draw your attention on the fact that I started the whole thing with still a ? ibmlink/link2?? url even though link2 has been with drawn. But redirections have been put in place.
