Thanks Barry, Shane, and Radoslaw for your thoughts on this. 

I don't know how important the ZFS stuff is to us anyway. I am sticking with
HFS for now and may convert to ZFS later. So far we haven't made much use of
HFS. I know it is used more and more, plus this is my first Full Base install
(with IBM's TCP/IP). We have always used Interlink/CA. Also have never used
Internet service delivery. Lots to learn!

I agree with Radoslaw that RACFDRV and RACFTGT are the most time consuming
jobs to review and customize. I don't mind so much because we don't upgrade
very often (obviously) and upgrade time is the time to review everything, see
what's new, etc. I would upgrade more often if it weren't for those pesky
applications that have to be tested. :)

For the record my ZFS RACF userid will look like:
Default group of STCGRP
Connected to groups, DFSGRP and ZFSGRP
STDATA user = DFS
