They might want to review those T&Cs again, carefully, including the z/OS.e
T&Cs.  There's a new kid in town, zNALC, and depending on the circumstances
CICS can be a qualifying workload.  It now depends on the *application*,
not the *technology*, regardless of whether it's IBM or non-IBM technology.
(That is a very good thing IMHO.  CICS, for example, has gotten so modern
in its capabilities that it no longer makes sense to automatically exclude
it from "new workload" criteria.)  Pre-existing z/OS.e might be another
issue.  (I'm still studying this.)
