Esmie, If I were you, I would open an ETR with IBM. At this point you are being pulled in several directions by well meaning persons on this list. The inability to catalog a new generation of a GDG has nothing to do with whether a dataset has been migrated or not. Check with IBM. They wrote the code that produced the message.
