Since when are we in the business of making it convenient for IT? If that is what we are here for, then we are in the wrong industry/business! We are service providers for our company and our customers.

I'm in agreement with Ted. You can read "computers" for "robots" in the following quotation:

"More and more people are being deprived of the power of decision, and being allowed only power of choice among the things robots allow.
