Hal,

Don't hold my feet to the fire on this one, but I think you need at least one 
volume mounted as STORAGE in order for TSO logon allocation to be successful.

I am building the two pack system kindly offered by Mark Zelden.
Everything is coming along fine, but I am running into the following
error upon any DASD allocation. For some reason, allocation refuses to
consider either of the res volumes eligible.  I checked the IODF and
VATLST. Where do I look for this?  

The driving system is a real basic 1.7 server pack.
