Someone just asked me this and I was like, ahh, err, doh. He said, "I want to run this step if the previous step abends with a U3666 and I tried COND=(0,EQ,STEP002.ACR01) but it didn't work. Is there any way to check a user abend code"
It's been almost 10 years since I've worked with production systems and JCL, and I was a bit stumped and I didn't know. So I thought I'd ask my friends here. I coulda sworn though that a U abend was the same as a system abend...
