No, it shouldn't be necessary to recompile any pagedef/formdefs between PSF releases; we didn't need to recompile any between V3.3 and V3.4. Normally, the only reason to recompile resources is to take advantage of new function or possibly to correct a defect and I would expect that any change that required any AFP resources to be rebuilt would be flagged in the documentation.
