Bruce, There isn't much of a mainframe market in India, probably because IBM was non-existent there for all of the 80's. In the last eight years of going to India I have been to one Mainframe site.
It's one place where there is no shortage of mainframe talent, as there are virtually no mainframes sites that require it.
