This is likely already in the WD4z (or whatever IBM is calling it this
week) package. Unfortunately, we don't have this. Nor do I have the
"free copy" that comes with CICS/TS 3.1 because we are only on 2.3. So I
just be the "cheap SOB" and ask. Is there a free program which can read
a COBOL copybook and create at least a skeleton Java class defination
from it? Is there such a thing in WD4z? More just curious than anything
else. I'm trying to get people around here interested in "new
technologies" on the z/OS system. Java is one possibility since it was
recently mentioned, along with Linux, in a memo from one of the
development managers. Of course, they meant on Intel, but why not try
anyway?
