He really wants to hold on normal completion and print on abend??  The
JES2 Init and Tuning manual is online and you specify this in the
OUTDISP parameter.

One-sided vs two-sided is not an outclass attribute.  The user specifies
this in the FORMDEF operand of the OUTPUT statement in his JCL.  The JCL
manual is also available online.
