zIIP and chargeback. So what are people doing with their internal chargeback models and the cycles that get moved to these speciality engines? Charging the same as CP cycles? Some reduced amount? Free?
Seems like they ought to perhaps still get charged something, but that it would perhaps be quite a bit less since it seems that quite a bit of capacity drivers are based on CP MIPS and their ripple effects on other charges.
