In addition to "the bible", there are the SHARE presentations that Mark
Brooks has given. One I went to (I think it was SHARE in NY) focused
on XCF signaling (sessions 2843/2844).

Also look Parallel Sysplex Performance Considerations white paper 
(this replaced the old flash on XCF tuning). That paper can be found
at http://www.ibm.com/support/techdocs.
