If you are going over to z/OS V1R8 and run MVS Solutions Thruput Manager I would wait until the smoke clears on recent JES2 abends which IBM seems to think are caused by the Thruput Manager product. I will keep you posted. If you are running it and are not having problems, I would appreciate a heads-up on your situation.
