You can see your actual top speed doing and FTP against the loop back
(127.0.0.1) the rate that you get there is your top speed based in your HW,
now check how far are the current 25MB/s that you get against the loop back
FTP rates.

For this test transfer the same dataset that you are using via Hipersockets.

Also increase your TCPSENDBFRSIZE and TCPRCVBUFRSIZE sizes from whatever you
have to at least 256K (if not done already) this increase in a notorious way
the speed of the transfers.
