Question. If 5 small page datasets are at 100% and one large one is at 27% will the system hang or will it process until the 27% one is full? Is it better to have 10 small page datasets or 3 large datasets each scenario using the same amount of DASD space? Thanks all.

My guess is the 100% used page datset are to small. Create 2 or 3, 3000 cylinder PAGE datasets and one 200 cylinder COMMON. Either use the PAGEADD and PAGEDELETE commands on the locals or change IEASYSxx and IPL. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
