Anyone know of a CE in the Cleveland OH area? I have a former client that called me with a problem with a 9672 & Shark not running an "MVS" environment. They attempted an IPL this morning and it failed (system has been running, it is their remote D/R site). I'm no longer in Ohio, having moved to TX and got out of the biz. This is a T&M project.
