Take a look at Tape/Copy from OpenTech Systems it is very easy to use and
keeps your tape metadata intact.

RMM has no built in facility for such purposes. You can buy/lease some
product to do it, do it manually, or maybe find something on CBT.

HSM data can be easily moved on new media: use RECYCLE.
