What version of z/OS are you running? What is the RU size for the NJE in VTAM, are you using a default COS table?
NJE can only transmit as fast as the link that carries the data. So the above information would be helpful in understanding your environment. I do not know the AS400 environment so do not know what parms to as for on that system Lizette <-------- Snip we switched our NJE connection between z890 and AS/400 from CISCO 7513 (ESCON connected to z890) to OSA-Express Ethernet. NJE works OK, but the speed is much slower than before. NJE works via SNA as before, also we use the same VTAM definitions for AS/400. Did anyone have similar problem?
