What you ask can't be done, but if you think in terms of what you are
really trying to do then you might find some solutions. Some examples:

 1. You can submit a new job with variables substituted.

 2. You can dynamically allocate the data sets.

 3. You can invoke the programs within the CLIST instead of in
    separate steps.
