1)Publish and Maintain SLA for IBMLink servers. (Could even have a SAD like ICON for #Users, Avg Resp, Network Busy) 2)Establish Redlink userid and subscribe to major IBM-centric lists. Post outages and planned maintenance schedule for IBMLink. 3)Link a manager to Redlink userid. 4)Changes in architecture or platform should maintain all existing functions;e.g. VPA,CONFIG, SIS search. 5)Failure to meet 1-4 gets next month free. This could be really long, but thought I'd at least offer it up for consideration.
