IIRC, STEM. variables are below the line (still).
So, the region won't help.
(Of course, I could be wrong. But, I have blown virtual on reading large stems
even with REGION=0M)
I'm not sure as well, but I remember when I tried to use [EMAIL PROTECTED]
variables in REXX - region didn't help, because - as someone explained -
the working storage is below the 16MB line.
I believe, it's true for other variables as well.
