Sorry. Point well taken. I'll shut up now. It's just that after 25 years of
struggling to keep a software company afloat, and keep its employees paid,
and lying awake nights (literally!) trying to find an equitable way to
charge both huge and tiny companies for the same software, it's a very
sensitive issue for me.

I would quite honestly and without any sarcastic intent urge anyone who
thinks any particular business (software, casualty insurance,
pharmaceuticals, ...) is a license to print money to get into the business.
If you don't want to start your own, then the NYSE and NASDAQ offer a
convenient means for you to become a partner in an existing enterprise.
