No good answer, since spinoff data sets print first, but it's
clearly impossible to display them before earlier steps execute.
I'd say job step order is still most convenient for the viewer.
They should be viewable ASAP, and it should be possible to
list them in the same chronological order.  I'd certainly find
the order in which they were opened more intuitive than having
all dynamically allocated data sets appear last.
