The idea of using DUMP/RESTORE was just because it's easier to dump several libraries (and other kinds of datases too) to a single sequential output using
ADRDSSU generic name and nice selection criteria it has.


True but IEHMOVE does this as well . The output is 80/800 unless overridden.
